The above entrant releases and hold harmless the Greenville Track Club, Event Sponsors, The City of Greer and officials of the Greer Earth Day Run from all claims of injury or damages resulting from participation in the above events.  I also give my permission for the use of my name and/or picture in any broadcast, telecast or written account of the above mentioned events.  I am in proper physical condition to participate in this event.  I assume any risk, whether resulting from negligence or otherwise, associated with my participation in this event.  For the safety of all participants, no animals or wheeled devices are allowed on the course.  Persons with special needs should contact Greenville Track Club.  NO refunds.  Events will be held rain or shine.
